Zinc

Zinc is an idyllically located mid-rise development in the coastal area, Kirra, located on the Gold Coast. The design takes cue from its peaceful beachside location while the building envelope has been formed with careful consideration of the natural environment and surrounding views. The project has been carefully considered for the end user, answering all the needs of modern life. With less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, residents of the building will also have access to communal facilities including spa deck, swimming pool, sauna and recreation area.

The architecture has been designed with the idea of a holiday in mind. With quality timber flooring, spacious balconies, full height ceilings washed with natural light and a refreshing flow of air; the client had goals for residents to wake up to the distinctive holiday feeling, every day. Spatial planning for each apartment included open plan living/kitchen and full floor living spaces, generously sized bedrooms, and built-in-storage.

A unique project in the area which caters to a younger demographic, offering a total of 73 one and two-bedroom apartments, all of which include underground car parking and access to the building amenities. Floor to ceiling glazing optimises ocean views for living areas and coastal-oriented bedrooms.
