The $25m Civic Centre has a Visitor Information Centre, Customer Service Centre, Library and event space. The development is spread across two levels of dedicated library space with gallery, quiet rooms, family history room, podcast room and outdoor space, The Customer Service Centre and Library have connection to the large internal atrium. The four adjoining meeting/activity rooms are serviced by a dedicated commercial kitchen. These spaces are future proofed for events/ functions and have the ability to provide an income stream for the library. Back of house spaces for these facilities house 150 workers across three office spaces.
