The proposed new development will comprise of 4 residential towers on a 22,512m² site. The towers will range in height from 6-12 residential floors and accommodate 386 units with 590 bedrooms.

Each tower will have its own separate lobby entry for improved legibility, accessed via an internal road that hugs the western edge of the site and adjoins the railway line. With the road/driveways confined to the edge, this has resulted in a central portion of the site dedicated to private and communal areas.

Building heights are varied, and reinforced by the sloping nature of the natural ground line. The form reflects the site topography and minimizes rock excavation to basement areas. The building bulk will not overpower other nearby sites.

Footpath and podium levels of the various towers are on near grade, thereby affording easy access from these areas to the internal pedestrian network of paths towards the perimeter public footpath system. The rail station is located approx 800m to the north, and can be accessed via external footpaths. Access to Robina Town Centre can be achieved via existing linked pedestrian newtworks.

The site will be principally accessed from the Laver Dr access bridge, and once crossed, clear legibility is provided to the various feature building lobbies on site which are generally on grade for both able bodied and disabled users. The towers will have 2 facade styles and colour schemes to increase variety and form.
